For all of you who are having a hissy fit over Casey Anthony being found not guilty, just pack your bags and move out of the country. The system worked exactly as it was supposed to. If you don’t like the fact the system worked and you think it’s wrong that’s not a problem but for those who would not have her live in their town just pack your shit and git. She was found not guilty by a jury of her peers who heard a hell of a lot more evidence than any of you fools heard.
Listening to the judgemental talking heads and other assorted idiots on TV is what brought you to the conclusion she was guilty. That’s what the talking heads of the media wanted. If it wasn’t what they wanted they would have been raising hell out the constitutional rights of Casey. The question they forgot to ask and to pursue if they did ask it is “How the hell can you have a murder trial without knowing the cause of death?”
The coroner who did the autopsy sat right there on the witness stand and said he didn’t know what caused her to die. Perhaps all of your anger ought to be directed at the prosecutors who wanted to make a name for themselves, and did, by prosecuting her for murder when they didn’t, and still don’t, know if a murder was even committed.
The first rule in the murder chapter of the book “prosecution for dummies” states that if you are going to charge someone with murder you must find out if a murder was in fact, committed. If know ones knows how the victim died then there is no murder. The coroner can not testify that he doesn’t know the cause of death. For it to be a murder there has to be a cause and the prosecution has to prove the person on trial caused it.
So the idiot prosecutor screwed up and tried to have a murder trial anyway. That was stupid. Even stupider were all the people who were influenced by the talking heads on TV and the internet. Thank God justice relies on logic, of which the stupid fools have none, and does the right thing when the facts aren’t proven.
I’m quite sure that if were in court for a murder charge you would want the jury to rule on the facts they heard as evidence and not the emotions the talking heads on TV stirred up. The facts are there wasn’t any factual evidence of murder, no cause of death could be determined.
There’s another thing about the trial and investigation that bothers me and that’s the search for and the finding of the body. The guy who kept calling and telling the cops where the body was, called so often the cops finally went through the area, very thoroughly, with a cadaver dog. The dog found nothing. By that time the little girl had been dead long enough to really smell bad and the dog wouldn’t have missed it at all.
While all of this is going on Casey Anthony is sitting in jail. Yet approximately 30 days later the body is found in the area already covered by the cadaver dog. So who moved the body into the area after the first search. BTW, the body wasn’t that hard to find and would have been obvious during the first search if it had been there. So who really did move the body in there? Casey was in jail, all her calls and communications were monitored, so she didn’t tell someone to move the body and she certainly didn’t do it herself. So who did move the body.
What y’all fools problem is you want to convict on the emotions you let the talking media/netheads whip up in you. I think you ought to be really pissed at the media and the emotionally circus they created. The condemned Casey Anthony and then said enough bad things about her that you idiots bought it. Hell you swallowed it whole and now you’re choking on it. The intelligent thing to do, now and in the future, would be to manage your emotions by knowing the facts rather than getting a story designed to whip up your emotions and watch that talking heads channel so they can make more advertising money.
Face it, saying bad things about Casey, sells. Face it, there are millions of gullible people out there who will eat that kind of crap, up. Seems like about 200 million to me. For all of you who think the system failed, that she is guilty and that she should be put to death, I hope some over zealous prosecutor charges you with murder and you get found guilty even tho he can’t prove there was a murder. Then the system will have worked the way you wanted it to.
For me the system worked exactly the way it was supposed to and the way I wanted it to. It’s only common sense, damn! If you can’t even show there was a murder perhaps you shouldn’t charge someone with said murder.
